This impressive, Middle Eastern-inspired skillet dinner can be on the table in just minutes, but tastes complex thanks to the rich flavor of Campbell’s® Tomato Soup and harissa, a flavorful chile paste. Harissa comes in many varieties; some are strong and spicy and some are much milder. Taste yours to see if you want to add the larger or smaller amount. The word shakshuka comes from the Arabic for “all mixed up,” so this dish is made for improvising. Feel free to throw in white beans instead of chickpeas, for instance, or add leftover vegetables, a little sausage, feta, or a handful of greens. Cook one egg for each person.
