Don’t skimp on seasonings.

Discover a shortcut to great smoky flavor.

If grilled steak is on your dinner menu, add just a few drops of the highly concentrated Wright’s Liquid Smoke to impart a depth of flavor that rivals the proteins at your favorite steakhouse. It works equally well on ribs, chicken or fish. Even dessert favorites like s’mores get an unexpected upgrade with a subtle hint of smoke.

Cut your veggies strategically.

To give them maximum exposure to the grill, quarter onions and peppers and slice zucchini or eggplants lengthwise. Before grilling, toss veggies with olive oil and sprinkle liberally with either Weber Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning or Weber Veggie Grill Seasoning. And don’t forget the corn on the cob! Want to maximize the flavor of your barbecued ribs? Season them twice. Add chicken and shake. Then place the chicken on a grill that’s heated to medium. Baste with sauce during the last few minutes of cooking.

Sear your greens.
